Allo Dashboard Overview for Organisation Administrators

Understand what the Allo web dashboard is, what organisation administrators can do there, and how to access it to manage your deployment.

The Allo web dashboard is the central management interface for organisation administrators. From the dashboard you can invite users, provision and monitor hardware devices, organise teams into groups, and review message-delivery logs — all without touching the radio network itself. Day-to-day, field users never need to log in to the dashboard; it is intended for the people responsible for setting up and maintaining an Allo deployment.

What you can manage

The dashboard gives you a single place to control every aspect of your organisation's Allo environment.

  • Users — Invite new members by email, assign roles (admin or standard), and remove or deactivate accounts when people leave.
  • Devices and repeaters — Register new hardware to your organisation, assign client devices to individual users or locations, check live status, and decommission devices that are no longer in use.
  • Groups — Create named groups for teams, locations, or incident channels, and control exactly which users are members of each group.
  • Reports and logs — Browse timestamped records of message deliveries, device activity, and user actions to evaluate exercises and investigate delivery issues.

How to access the dashboard

The dashboard runs in your web browser — no additional software is required. Navigate to your organisation's dashboard URL (provided by the Allo team when your organisation was onboarded). Log in with the email address and password associated with your administrator account.

Only users with the admin role can log in to the dashboard. Standard users manage their own experience entirely through the mobile app. If you believe you should have admin access but cannot log in, contact your Allo point of contact or see Dashboard login problems.

First-time setup checklist

If you are setting up Allo for a pilot or first deployment, work through the dashboard in roughly this order:

  1. Verify that your own administrator account is active and that you can log in.
  2. Invite the other administrators or coordinators who need dashboard access.
  3. Provision all client devices and repeaters you plan to deploy.
  4. Create the groups that reflect your operational structure (teams, locations, incident channels).
  5. Invite field users and assign their devices.
  6. Run a test exercise and check the logs to confirm delivery.

For a guided preparation checklist ahead of a pilot or exercise, see the Admin Guides section.
