Understand range

There are two connections: Bluetooth between your phone and device, and radio between Allo devices. A Bluetooth connection does not automatically mean another user is reachable by radio.

Buildings, walls, metal and device position can limit radio range. Keep your phone near your device and carry or place the device with as few obstructions as possible.

No fixed distance is guaranteed here. For problems, see I have poor range.
